Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

The short version

This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. No profile is built about you. The only personal data collected is what you choose to send through the contact form or by e-mail.

Data controller

TP Advisory Services is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Contact details for any data-protection request are given at the end of this page.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, the following data is processed: your name, your company, your professional e-mail address, the topic you select and the content of your message.

Technical data required to serve the website — such as your IP address and browser type — is processed by the hosting provider in server logs, for security and operational purposes.

Why it is processed

Contact-form data is processed for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of both parties in a business communication, and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Your data is not used for marketing, is not added to a mailing list, and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and no consent banner is required. If measurement tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested beforehand where the law requires it.

Processors

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical log data on our behalf. If a transactional e-mail or form provider is connected to the contact form, it acts as a processor for the sole purpose of delivering your message.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the exchange and, where a business relationship follows, for the period required by applicable commercial and accounting rules. Enquiries that lead to nothing are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its correction or its deletion, and you may object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. You may also request a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Data submitted through the contact form is transmitted to the configured delivery provider and is not stored in a public database on this website.
